To transfert the assets, you will
use Taproot Assets asset scripts. It works like
a Bitcoin transaction and as described in the previous chapter, it will change the MS-SMT tree:
Each leaf is one possible account identified by its 256-bit key. They don’t change or move.
The value associated to the leaf is the amount the account holds
